This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Operations expert to further her/his career and play a key role in the development and provision of spatial solutions to the corporate operational systems as well as key clients. Key areas of responsibility Managing existing operations and implementing new operations processes within his or her organizationManaging expectations across all stakeholder groupsSharing responsibility for project successThe day-to-day management of IT organization processes, including performance management, plan monitoring and evolution, metrics development, and managementManagement of the procurement of all IT-related purchasesRecommending infrastructure improvementsDeveloping, implementing, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and proceduresMaintaining computer operations, network, and telephone capabilities by utilizing a combination of internal resources as well as external vendors. Qualifications : Graduated from the Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, etc.) departments of universities.10+ years of Operations experience on IT Technologies (such as; LAN/WAN, Security/Audit, Server/Storage).3+ years of Managerial experience in the same field.Good knowledge of ITIL and ISO 27001 processes.Customer-oriented and SLA-oriented.Excellent leadership, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.Having ability to effectively manage multiple projects at any given time.Excellent planning, organization, coordination and relationship management skills.Fluent in English.No military obligation for male candidates.
